• MobileCrush.in (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online ecommerce platform selling mobile cases, tempered glass, and accessories.
• By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color/design may occur due to screen resolution or stock changes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by MobileCrush.in.

3. Payments

• We accept payments through secure payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).
• MobileCrush.in is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, or payment gateway errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are shipped within [1–3 working days] of order confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on the courier service and customer’s location.
• Any delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• MobileCrush.in offers a “No Questions Asked” return policy within 1 day of receiving the product (see full Refund Policy below).
• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of our products.
• MobileCrush.in is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

• All logos, product images, and content on MobileCrush.in are the intellectual property of MobileCrush.in and cannot be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Pachore/Sarangpur - District : Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh - 465683].
